END THE PARDON

Trump and Biden abused the presidential pardon. 

Neither party can be trusted with it. 

Let's amend the constitution and remove the power altogether.

We, the ordinary citizen, must place a verbal phone call to our representatives in congress and say these words:

"Please support a constitutional amendment that removes the president's power to grant reprieves and pardons."
